Katie and I had made a small list of chores/errands we wanted to take care of while we were in Utah over Christmas. As our time there progressed our list got larger and larger. About three days before we were going come back I pointed this out to Katie and told her that we need to learn to relax – that we shouldn’t have a huge to-do list while we are on vacation. I said, “Next thing you know we’re going to think we need to hurry and pay our taxes before the vacation ends.” Katie apparently was listening to the words but not the meaning of my little lecture, because she responded, “Oh! That reminds me that we need to talk to my mom about our W-4 forms!”

That form is sad because it is all too true. :) We're glad we made it onto your "to-do" list at Christmastime... it was fun.

Sorry, Bart. She listens like her mother!
