We went to a Braves game on Friday night and Miles LOVED it! He was fascinated by the lights and big screen TV and all of the crazy people around him. It was really fun to watch his excitement and see him experience something new (READ: ice cream). It was really cute how serious he was about the "tomahawk chop" but you can tell he enjoyed it by his reaction at the very end of the video.

See for yourself:

We had an awesome day today. It's amazing all of the things you can accomplish when you get up before 7 (thank you, Miles)!

We got to go to our neighborhood pool "everyone is welcome even though you don't pay the membership fees" free day and Miles LOVED it. He is such an amazing swimmer (he must get that from his dad because I was terrified of the water until I was like 13 or something). We had a blast splashing around and Miles even kicked his legs as if he was swimming (see picture below).

We also went to an estate sale and got this adorable child's rocking chair. All of the ladies running the sale had to take his picture sitting in the chair and then they helped us tie all of our loot to our car and we drove home the happy owners of some new treasures.

P.S. I know the chair needs to be refinished, so if anyone has any tips, let us know.

This is a video of the first time we had Miles walk with his walker toy (thanks Richelle and Andy!). At the time, we thought he was pretty awesome at it--and he was, but looking back on it now it hardly looks like he walked at all since now all he does is cruise around with that toy (and anything else he can make do the same thing--laundry baskets, chairs, etc).

Since it took me almost three weeks to post this one, I shouldn't go promising other videos, but I'll try to get another one up of him walking faster and throwing a ball. Can you believe that? My little baby boy can throw a ball!

April has gone by in the blink of an eye. Here are some photos of what we have been up to. Happy 10th month birthday Miles! We sure do love you! There are many expressions that Miles does, and I think we've caught a bunch of them in the following pictures. Enjoy! (We sure do.)

I have a video of Miles walking that I need to load, but it's on Bart's phone, so it will have to wait. Gives you something to look forward to!
