Miles does not like exercising. I think he gets that from me. However, we are doing our best as a family to be more active. I go on one walk a day, Bart goes on two bike rides a day, and Miles does tummy time three times a day. I think he's getting used to it because today I actually caught him enjoying it a little. Also, where did my little baby go?

Does tummy time make Miles spit up? My kids would always spit up even if it wasn't close to when they ate. Then they would put their face down...ewww.
