We were pleasantly surprised this spring to find several groups of beautiful daffodils in the landscaping around our front yard.
I don't have pictures yet but there is also a large bush with big red flowers, a bush with gorgeous yellow leaves, and a long bush in front of the house with small red blossoms. A big thanks to the previous owners for leaving all this beauty for us!

Seriously. So jealous that it's spring for you. We're still living in a winter wonderland. (Gorgeous flowers, by the way!) Ahhh... Spring...
Currently there is about 4-6 inches of freshly fallen snow on the ground right now. While it is extremely beautiful, peaceful, and enchanting, I do miss the sun. Luckily there is plenty of sun in Cancun...

That was a nice surprise! You guys will be able to grow all kinds of cool things in your climate. I would just settle for anything green, even weeds at this point. Trading in mowing for shoveling sounds good to me!
