On Friday we got 28.5 inches of snow:
Today we got another 14 inches -- and a day off of work!

11pm update -- we have another snow day off tomorrow!
Congratulations on the third snow day. Try and send a little of that snow our way if you can. Local mountains are at 63% snowpack right now. And those are some very very impressive scrabble scores.

I bet you're wishing YOU got snowshoes for Christmas too! Yeah, I read that all flights out of Philadelphia were cancelled, so I knew it wasn't getting any better there for you. Good Scrabble game you got in though. Last week the Scrabble word we were debating was "glib" It's always more fun to play without a dictionary because then you can argue about if things are words or not. We like to play "speed scrabble" where you just set a timer for __minutes, draw 15 tiles and keep making words without taking turns. You just keep drawing more tiles as soon as you make a word and keep going. You just do it freehand in front of you, not on a board. You should try it sometime....maybe when you're snowed in.
