Hi family,
We would like to give the distinguished award to the person who guessed most correctly. (Let it be known that no one was 100% right.) Honorable mention goes to Julie for the following reasons:
A. Some pumpkins were carved with power tools
B. It was at a party-type gathering
C. She guessed (quite kindly I might add) that we carved the most intricate pumpkin, which of course, we did not.
D. It was a combined effort (because Katie wouldn't know how to use a sharp object without hurting herself and because Bart wouldn't want to clean out the pumpkin guts, hee hee).
We would like to thank all of you for playing. Stay tuned for next week's game: Pin the Feather on the Hand Turkey.

Woot - first comment! I was hoping you had carved the fraggle.
Well the bat is very impressive even if it took two of you to manage it. Teamwork: pumpkin guts for Katie and power tools for Bart. I'm still waiting on a P.P.P.S telling how you lit them so well.
P.P.P.S. Shawn, we lit them with a tealight candle (ask Mindy if you don't know what that is) and had a good photographer.
Well having a good photographer can make all the difference to a top pumpkin model. I'll be waiting to play the next game with the turkey...Savannah keeps drawing hand turkeys and then saying, "Look mom, I made a hand out of a turkey!" The only game I get to play around my house lately is the Guess- What's-Stuck-in-Gabriel's-Teeth Game. Is it black crayon? Black play doh? It is always fun to guess.
