Katie does many things very, very well. (It gets embarrassing sometimes, all the ways she outdoes me. But that's the price I pay for marrying up, I suppose.) Among her many talents, Katie cooks delicious food. And yet transcendent among her culinary achievements is one proficiency which eclipses the simple appellation "cook." She's a maven. A virtuoso. She is an artist of consummate skill -- and her especial medium is mayo:

I had no idea Katie was so talented with the mayo. That is good to know! Unfortunately, we recently discovered "Tabasco Mayo" which happens to be particularly delicious. I wish we never tried it so we wouldn't know what we were missing out on. Do not try it if you like mayo because you'll probably love it too and then want to see how it tastes in all of Katie's tasty mayo creations.
Shawn should come live at your house. He has recently decided that he much prefers mayo over Miracle Whip. I do not yet know how I feel about this.
I would like your chicken salad recipe, because it deserved a double mention. Also. please tell me more about olive loaf. :)
Yummy! We're mayo fans around here, too. And yes, Bart, you done good. Katie's a winner! We miss you guys and wish you lived closer. Then you could cook up some fabulous foods for us! ;)
